BIG LEAP at the Women in Energy Leadership & Systems Lab in Morocco

The initiative brought together professionals, researchers, and institutional representatives to strengthen skills and foster collaboration in the energy sector.
Representing the project, Imane Hammou from MASEN contributed to the discussions, highlighting BIG LEAP’s work on second-life batteries and advanced Battery Management Systems. Her participation connected the project’s technical innovation with broader conversations on leadership, inclusion, and system transformation.
Advancing skills for a changing energy system
The programme focused on the key shifts shaping today’s energy landscape. These include the increasing complexity of energy systems, the growing role of data and artificial intelligence, and the need for coordination across public, private, and academic actors.
